What can you expect from therapy with me?
You will experience a transformation as you explore the connections between your emotional, physical, and spiritual self. Your self-awareness will increase as you reflect on your core values, aspirations, and goals.
This journey will help you identify harmful patterns that impact your self-worth and authenticity, empowering you to change them. By doing so, you will access your innate ability to heal from past traumas and societal conditioning that have held you back from living a meaningful and fulfilling life.
You will recognize the power to heal, build meaningful relationships, and foster a sense of security and well-being that lies within YOU. The answers you seek are already within you, and by committing yourself to this work, you will unlock your inherent strength and clarity.
As we work together, you will know these things to be true: You are not a slave to your past experiences and traumas. You are not damaged. There is still time to have everything you need and want in this life.
Sounds pretty good. Doesn’t it?
This is not old-school talk therapy.
Conventional talk therapy often spends much time diving deep into problems and rehashing old trauma, like a detective on a case. While I’ll provide compassionate, unconditional support, we will discuss your current issues and offer insightful guidance.
But let’s be clear: this therapy is about getting to the root causes and those pesky self-limiting beliefs behind the wheel, steering you into today’s challenges. After all, we want to ensure you’re not just going in circles!
As you change these self-limiting beliefs and subconscious patterns, you will unlock your true potential. These invisible beliefs keep you from realizing your dreams and shaping how you see yourself.
Reprogramming your subconscious mind will require consistent practice and patience. Still, as you utilize a few simple tools, you will gradually replace self-limiting beliefs with empowering ones, paving the way for a life of confidence, self-love, and endless possibilities.
You are unique, and your therapeutic process will be, too.
In our sessions, you will participate in an integrated therapy approach, where we tailor the process to your unique needs and goals. I will be your healing curator, guiding you through a personalized therapeutic experience that allows us to access the deeper issues.
As an integral therapist, I will work closely with you to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. We’ll collaborate to identify the methods that resonate most with you: mindfulness practices, cognitive strategies, neurological reprogramming, or creative expression.
Together, we’ll navigate your process, ensuring that each session is aligned with your goals and aspirations. This way, you’ll gain insights into your challenges and cultivate the tools needed for lasting change.
We can also meet to do this work in many ways, depending on what works best for your schedule, location, and lifestyle. We can work online, in person, in your office, or at home. As your healing curator, I will provide you with the most specialized and effective therapeutic experience.
About Lea Fisher, MA, LPC – The Healing Curator
My mission is to help others find healing.
I am a Dallas native and earned my master’s degree in counseling from the University of North Texas. Alongside my passion for guiding individuals toward their highest life experiences and manifestations, I am an accomplished artist and author who incorporates art into exploring complex emotional issues.
As a trauma survivor myself and someone who has been in recovery for 21 years as an adult child of two alcoholics/addicts, I empathize deeply with my clients’ struggles and aim to give back the support I received on my path to healing.
In addition to my artistic endeavors and counseling work, I host The Art of Podcast, where I explore the fusion of creativity and build a community of self-healers.
I am deeply committed to practicing loving self-care and fostering personal growth.
I have many loves outside therapy.
When I’m not painting or listening to an audiobook on various fictional or educational topics, I’m likely catching up on my favorite podcast. I also enjoy meditating, cultivating self-love, and practicing self-compassion.
Most of all, I love spending quality time with the people who make my heart happy.
